I become your fractional grant department — handling research, writing, submission, and follow-up every single month. Each month includes 4–5 grant activities: formal applications, letters of inquiry to new funders, renewals, and funder stewardship. You get a monthly pipeline update and total peace of mind. Contracts run 6–12 months.

If you have staff who can execute but need a roadmap, I'll build you a custom 6-month grant calendar — aligned to your mission, your programs, and your best-fit funders. Delivered in a single working session with a written calendar you can hand directly to your team.
